Dr. Steven Hough

Dr. Steven Hough has been practicing orthodontics since 1986. He grew up in the St. Louis area and attended high school at Parkway Central. In 1999, he formed Hough Orthodontics with the purpose of enhancing the quality of life of those people who come to us for their orthodontic health care. We are committed to the excellence in our orthodontic result while caring for our patients’ individual needs in an environment that is open and friendly to both our patients and our staff.

Dr. Hough continues to be involved in annual continuing education both in learning and lecturing. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and playing the guitar. Dr. Hough is a published author, writing the book “The Heart of Giving”. In 2014, Dr. Hough and his family formed their own foundation, Changing Lives Foundation, LLC to help raise money for foundations seeking cures for illnesses that primarily plague children. In 2018, he joined his wife in becoming an ordained minister. He and his wife live in Chesterfield and spend most of their free-time with their two daughters and their families.

Clinical Experience

Dr. Hough began full-time clinical practice of Orthodontics in 1984 in residency, treating all types of Orthodontics and TMJ patients. Dr. Hough regularly attends continuing education courses to maintain the most updated treatment techniques.
